Community Gates

Main Gate & Guard House
Located next to the Community Center, staffed from 7-5 pm during the off-season and 7-8 pm during the in-season.
South Gate
Accessible by proximity card, remote clicker, & weekly code.
⚠ Please note:
  • Do not tailgate vehicles at entry.
  • Only one vehicle may pass at a time.
  • Gate damage may result in prosecution and fines up to $350.

Roaming Security

During the in-season period, TCCPOA security staff patrol the community nightly from 8:00 PM to midnight. Their responsibilities include:
  • Enforcing no overnight on-street parking.
  • Prohibiting parking in cul-de-sacs.
  • Ensuring trailers, RVs, and similar vehicles are not left in driveways.
  • Locking all pool facilities and office buildings.

Partnership with Local Law Enforcement

We maintain a close working relationship with the Currituck County Sheriff’s Office, whose deputies have full access to the community.

  • Deputies are also available for property checks or safety checks upon request.
