Community Gates
Main Gate & Guard House
Located next to the Community Center, staffed from 7-5 pm during the off-season and 7-8 pm during the in-season.
South Gate
Accessible by proximity card, remote clicker, & weekly code.
⚠ Please note:
- Do not tailgate vehicles at entry.
- Only one vehicle may pass at a time.
- Gate damage may result in prosecution and fines up to $350.
- For assistance at any time, call the Guard House at 252.453.9803.
Roaming Security
During the in-season period, TCCPOA security staff patrol the community nightly from 8:00 PM to midnight. Their responsibilities include:
- Enforcing no overnight on-street parking.
- Prohibiting parking in cul-de-sacs.
- Ensuring trailers, RVs, and similar vehicles are not left in driveways.
- Locking all pool facilities and office buildings.

Partnership with Local Law Enforcement
We maintain a close working relationship with the Currituck County Sheriff’s Office, whose deputies have full access to the community.
For assistance:
- Non-emergencies (e.g., noise complaints): call 252.453.3633
- Emergencies: dial 911
- Deputies are also available for property checks or safety checks upon request.
