Join Chef Wes Stepp at the Tastefully Fit Cooking Classes, every Tuesday, through the month of January 2020. Chef Wes will partner with area fitness professionals to show a new preparation method each class, using the new state of the art kitchen at his new restaurant, NC Coast Grill & Bar. Each course will include : Tastefully fit recipes - preparing for success & training tips - questions answered by guest fitness professional - sampling of all the prepared dishes - complementary glass of wine.

Week 1 Year-round healthy grilling techniques
Week 2 Healthy sautéeing techniques
Week 3 Preparing vegetables, marinades & vegan cuisine
Week 4 Healthy meat & stews
Each course will include:
Tastefully fit recipes
Preparing for success & training tips
Featured guest fitness professionals to answer questions on the training method of their choice
Sampling of all of the prepared recipes

Follow along with Simon as he leads you through the ins and outs of a blind wine tasting! Discover for yourself what characteristics dene classic wines from around the world. Like a drink-a-along version of the classic game of Clue!
